Bridal Tips from a Makeup Artist

One of the top Questions we get asked by brides or clients is what should I do or prep before I meet you? So I decided to put together a few tips that help us Hair & Makeup Artists.

1. If tweezing or waxing the eyebrows, do so at least one to two days prior to makeup application  (skin around brows can become irritated and will not accept eye shadows smoothly).

2. Please make sure your face is completely washed of all old makeup or oil

3. Make sure face is moisturized at least 30 mins before our arrival

4. Wear a shirt that zips or buttons up the front so that you don't have to pull clothing over your head after your hair & makeup has been applied.

5. If getting hair done Its best to wash it the night before as natural oils help the hair style last longer, but if you MUST wash it the day of please make sure hair is completely blow dried this helps speed up the process. We don't want to be rushing ;)
